The full experience takes approximately 1 hour. It is designed to be the perfect activity if you have limited time in Palma. Most visitors spend about 45 to 60 minutes exploring the 7 interactive rooms, but there is no strict time limit.

You can buy tickets online at visualexperience.es or directly at the entrance. Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking online in advance, especially on rainy days or peak afternoon hours, to guarantee your entry time and skip the queue.

Is Visual Mallorca Experience suitable for children?

Yes, the experience is suitable for both adults and children. Kids can paint sea creatures and watch them swim on the interactive Draw Alive wall, and play on motion-tracking light floors. The minimum age recommended is 3 years old.

We are open every day. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) we are open from 11:00 to 19:00, with last entry at 18:30. On weekends (Saturday and Sunday) we are open from 10:00 to 20:00, with last entry at 19:30.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices are: Children (ages 3–13) €9.90, Adults (age 14+) €12.90, and a Family or Group Pass for 4 people costs €39.90. Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance.
